Moyen duc * Long-eared

Le hibou moyen duc (Asio otus) est un rapace nocturne qui chasse dès la tombée de la nuit. Il vit dans les milieu semi-boisés où vers la fin mars ils cherchent un nid abandonné pour en faire le sien. Il chasse les petits mammifères mais ne dédaignent pas les passereaux.

The common eagle owl (Asio otus) is a nocturnal raptor that hunts at nightfall. He lives in semi-wooded areas where, towards the end of March, they seek an abandoned nest to make his own. It hunts small mammals but does not disdain passerines.
