Wallace

Les fontaines Wallace sont des points d'eau potable public en fonte dessiné par Charles-Auguste Lebourg. Elles tiennent leur nom de Richard Wallace, le philanthrope britannique qui finança leur édification fin XIX - début XXème. Il y en a dans plusieurs ville en France dont une à Nancy située sur la Place du Colonel Fabien derrière la Basilique Saint Epvre.

Wallace foutains are public drinkable water sources in cast iron drawn by Charles-Auguste Lebourg. They hold their Richard Wallace's name, the British philanthropist who financed their construction at the end of the XIX - beginning of the XX century. They still exist in several city in France of which one in Nancy situated on the Place of Colonel Fabien behind the Basilica of Saint Epvre.
